• New clients please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a confidential health intake form.

• CANCELLATIONS -  Please give 24 hours notice for all cancellations and appointment changes. I understand illness happens (to me too!). I will do my best to notify you as well. First missed appointment will be a courtesy reschedule. Second missed appointment and $25 fee will be added to your next service. Third missed appointment may result in being discharged from the practice.

• LATE ARRIVALS - Late arrivals can happen. I will do my best to accommodate your requested appointment duration, but your service may be shorted in order to stay on schedule.

• Payment is due at time of service - cash, check, credit cards and gift certificates accepted.

• Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the service.

• I reserve the right to refuse massage or stop the session due to inappropriate behavior at any time. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will be reported to the proper authorities.
